Description
Food supplement based on melatonin and glycine, with sweetener.
Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.

How to use
Take one sachet a day in the evening, one hour before bedtime. Pour the powder directly into your mouth, under your tongue, without water.
