Description
Food supplement based on theanine, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), griffonia and valerian extracts, lemon balm essential oil and phosphoserine. Griffonia, in synergy with lemon balm essential oil, contributes to relaxation and mental well-being. Valerian, in synergy with griffonia, is useful in promoting physiological sleep. Valerian also facilitates relaxation, especially during periods of greater stress.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, cellulose; L-theanine, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), 5-HTP from griffonia seeds [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.], valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) tit. at 0.8% in sesquiterpenic acids calculated as valerenic acid; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, fatty acids, magnesium carbonate, glycerol; stabilizer: hydroxypropyl cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., essential oil); colouring: E132.
Gluten and lactose free.
How to use
Take one to two tablets as needed.
