Ingredients
D-glucosamine sulphate (from crustaceans ), bovine chondroitin sulphate, PEA (palmitoylethanolamide) 80 Mesh.; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
Gluten free.

How to use
The recommended dose is to take 2 capsules, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, preferably after meals.
