Amantar is a food supplement based on vitamins, minerals, Galega officinalis L., herbacum floribus), milk thistle [Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn., fructus], beta-carotene and fatty acids (EPA and DHA), indicated for women in the months following childbirth and during breastfeeding. Galega officinalis has galactagogue properties as it promotes the production of breast milk after childbirth. Silymarin, contained in milk thistle (Silybum marianum), has antioxidant and body-purifying properties. Amantar contains vitamins and minerals, essential for supporting energy metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system in the months following childbirth. These nutrients contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system, the reduction of fatigue and the maintenance of normal hair, skin and nails. Furthermore, DHA and EPA, contained in fish oil, contribute to the normal brain, heart and vision function of the newborn*.
*The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA and EPA.

Gaertn., fructus], tit. 53% in silymarin calculated as silybin, coated vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), magnesium oxide; anti-caking agents: polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, magnesium salts of fatty acids, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silicon dioxide; vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), ferric diphosphate, galega dry extract (Galega officinalis L., herba cum floribus), beta-carotene; niacin (nicotinamide), zinc oxide, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), pantothenic acid (D-pantothenate, calcium), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), manganese carbonate, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), copper citrate, chromium chloride; colorants: indigo carmine, carminic acid; folate (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), potassium iodide, sodium selenite, biotin (D-biotin).
Soft capsule :
Fish oil concentrated in DHA and EPA; coating agent: bovine gelatin; humectant: glycerol; vitamin E (DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate), water.
Gluten free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet and 1 capsule per day to be swallowed with water.
Warnings

Do not use exclusively in cases of hypersensitivity to one of the components. If intolerance occurs, it is advisable to suspend intake of the product.
