Marine magnesium (magnesium content 45%), chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus L.) fruits es tit. at 2.5% in agnusids, dioscorea (Dioscorea opposita Thunb.) rhizome es tit. at 20% in diosgenin, griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC) Baill.] seeds es tit. at 25% in 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), green tea (Camellia sinensis L. Kuntze) leaves es tit. at 98% in polyphenols and 40% in epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG); bulking agents: cellulose and dicalcium phosphate; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, for 60-90 days without interruption.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
It is not recommended to take it if you are undergoing hormone therapy (synthetic hormones).
Individuals undergoing antidepressant therapy should consult their doctor before taking the product.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Avoid in case of known hypersensitivity to one or more ingredients.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
