Horsetail (Equisetum arvense) herb dry extract titrated at 10% in silica, L-methionine, L-cystine, millet (Panicum miliaceum L.) fruit dry extract titrated D/E 4:1; bulking agents: maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose; ascorbic acid (vitamin C), calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5), zinc gluconate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine (vitamin B1), copper gluconate; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, micronized silica; biotin, folic acid, sodium selenite, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, preferably on a full stomach.
