Food product composed of a green freshwater microalgae: Chlorella pyrenoidosa pure compressed in small tablets without the addition of any type of excipient. Does not contain gluten.

Dosage and method of use
In the treatment of obesity: 1 g. (4 tablets) with water 1/2 hour before lunch and dinner.
As a strengthener of the body's defenses: 0.75 g. (3 tablets) at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
During training: 2.5 g. (10 tablets) divided throughout the day.
During sports performance: 5 g. (20 tablets) 4 times a day.
Maximum sporting effort: 7-8 g. (28-32 tablets) divided throughout the day.
