Food supplement based on alpha-lipoic acid, omega-3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA), vitamin E, vitamin D and magnesium.
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA). DHA and EPA contribute to normal cardiac function (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA). Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to normal muscle function. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption/use of calcium and phosphorus and helps maintain normal calcium levels in the blood, contributing to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D also contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

How to use
The recommended dose is 2 capsules per day, to be taken away from meals.
