DescriptionBaked sweet product with gluten-free apricot filling specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.
Ingredients
Water, eggs , rice starch, apricot filling 11% (glucose-fructose syrup, apricot puree 35% - the percentage of apricot puree refers to the filling - sucrose; gelling agent: pectin; concentrated lemon juice; acidity regulators: citric acid; sodium citrate; preservative: potassium sorbate; flavourings; colouring: paprika extract; water), sugar, rice flour, brown rice flour 5%, non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine (refined palm oil, water); thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; guar flour; xanthan gum, yeast, dextrose, dried sourdough 2% (rice flour), alcohol; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; vegetable fibres (pea, potato, psyllium, bamboo, linseed), iodised salt, flavourings; preservative: potassium sorbate.
May contain traces of: soy , nuts , mustard , sesame seeds, lupins .
