How to use
Dissolve one sachet of Afenil Medi 15 in approximately 80 ml of water or other permitted liquids. Afenil Medi 15 can be flavoured to taste. Once reconstituted, it is preferable to consume the product immediately. If necessary, the reconstituted product can be stored for 24 hours in the fridge and mixed well before use.

Warnings
Afenil Medi 15 must be used under medical supervision, by subjects with confirmed hyperphenylalaninemia including phenylketonuria. Afenil Medi 15 cannot be used as the sole source of nutrition. Keep out of reach of children.

Conservation
Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from light and direct heat sources. Any prepared and unused product can be stored in the refrigerator and used within 24 hours, stirring well before use.
The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in intact packaging.
Validity of intact packaging: 24 months.
