Food supplement based on folic acid, useful for women of childbearing age, who sooner or later want to have children, for pregnant women, to give a surplus of energy to the body and better promote the growth of maternal tissues, for everyone, in those periods in which our well-being is somewhat put to the test by psycho-physical tension or by super physical or sporting activity.
Folic acid
Also known as Vitamin B9, Folic Acid is an important protagonist in some fundamental processes of our metabolism. First of all, it contributes to the synthesis of amino acids, the "bricks" that are used to build all proteins, essential components for the reproduction, growth, proper functioning and repair of all cells. Furthermore, it helps hematopoiesis: the formation and "maturation" of all types of blood cells.
It is indicated in the prevention of some birth defects; it decreases the risk of neural tube defects and, perhaps, other birth defects.
It does not contain gluten.

Ingredients
Per 1 tablet: folic acid 400 µg (200% RDA*).
*RDA: Recommended Daily Allowance.

How to use
Take 1 tablet per day, preferably away from meals.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
