Description
Food with the fundamental characteristic of being composed substantially only of fiber. Consequently it has very few calories and no carbohydrates. It is therefore ideal for all diets and in particular those low in carbohydrates. The product contains gluten.

For rehydrated product: water, vegetable fibre, Konjac flour (9.4%), soy flour (traces), table salt.

How to use
Prepare a pot of boiling water. Add much more water than you would use for regular pasta. Drop in the desired amount of Rigataki and let it boil for at least 13 minutes. This pasta never overcooks and always remains the same consistency. Drain in a colander and rinse well under the tap with hot water. It is important to rinse well to remove the small amount of sugar used.
