Components
Sodium hyaluronate, Glycine, L-Proline, L-Leucine, L-Lysine HCl.
How to use
It promotes the production of granulation tissue and therefore an acceleration of the repair processes. It helps the process of reintegration of the cells that form collagen with consequent reconstruction of the connective tissue. It promotes the elimination of necrotic tissue, protects the integrity of the skin.
Before applying any dressing, you should wash your hands thoroughly. Remove any foreign material with saline solution. You can dab the wound with sterile gauze to remove any excess blood.
Wash and clean the wound. Sprinkle the powder from a stick pack on the wound bed. Use secondary dressings that can absorb the exudate, avoiding maceration. In the case of particularly extensive lesions, it is possible to use more stick packs in order to cover the affected surface. The frequency of dressing varies between 2 and 3 per week.
Warnings
It is contraindicated in case of known hypersensitivity to the components. Do not disperse in the environment. It is contraindicated in case of frank infection. There are no known phenomena of overdose. There are no known side effects. There are no known interactions with drugs and medicinal substances. Although there are no known side effects in case of pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is advisable to carry out the application only according to the doctor's judgment. Vulnamin PWD is a product characterized by good tolerability; however, local reactions may rarely occur, due to hypersensitivity phenomena, destined to resolve spontaneously. It is however recommended to consult the doctor in case of concurrent pharmacological treatments and/or for prolonged use beyond six weeks.
