Description
Verdea is an instant granular preparation for vegetable broth also recommended for low-fat diets, fewer additives and above all a greater balance between animal and vegetable proteins. Verdea vegetable broth is composed of over 50% vegetable protein extract and does not contain animal fats. Verdea vegetable broth can be used by anyone; it is practical both in daily nutrition to flavor dishes (soups, risottos, grilled or roasted meats, sauces, etc.), and as broth as is when we want a drink other than the usual coffee, or in the lunch break in association with the traditional sandwich or pizza.
Ingredients
Vegetable protein broth extract of soy and corn, sea salt, dehydrated vegetables in variable proportions (onion, carrot, celery , garlic, parsley, tomato) 5%, corn oil.
Gluten and yeast free.
No added glutamate, animal fat, saturated fat (broth prepared according to instructions).

How to use
For broths: to obtain a very pleasant vegetable broth, dissolve 4 grams of Verdea granular broth (1 teaspoon) in 250 ml of boiling water and stir; the product is instant.
In daily nutrition: add Verdea granular broth to foods (soups, minestrone, risotto, sauces, ragù, meat, fish, eggs, etc.) in the desired quantity, without adding salt. The dishes will acquire a new flavor, more appetizing and tasty.
Conservation
The product is hygroscopic, fears humidity and any source of heat. It is essential to close the jar well and use only dry utensils. Store in a cool and dry place.
