Food supplement based on diosmin, hesperidin and vitamin C, which contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the correct function of blood vessels and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Venovigor uses the patented G-MatrixLipid technology consisting of a fast release fraction and a slow release fraction capable of providing gastroresistance and allowing the gradual and prolonged release of the functional ingredients over time, thus optimising their absorption throughout the day.
Diosmin and hesperidin are flavone glycosides that are split in the intestine by the bacterial flora into a sugary part (glycone) and a bioactive flavonoid (aglycone), respectively dysmetin and hesperetin, responsible for their biological properties. The patented technology provides a differentiated release of diosmetin and hesperitin: half fast release, half slow release. Furthermore, the micronization technique of diosmin determines the reduction of the size of the particles, allowing a greater and faster absorption through the intestinal wall.
Vitamin C: ascorbic acid contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to normal collagen formation for the correct function of blood vessels, as an essential factor in the biosynthesis of hydroxyproline and hydroxylysine, amino acids that make up collagen fibres.
