Description
Food supplement of DHA, with folic acid (Quatrefolic), vitamins and mineral salts, specifically formulated for pregnant women; it can be useful to provide a balanced amount of nutrients.
Specifically, folic acid (Quatrefolic) is in the folate form 5-MTHF. Folate contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy.
DHA taken during pregnancy contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyes in the fetus. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily dose of omega-3 fatty acids which is equal to 250 mg of DHA and EPA.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day, swallowed with a glass of water.
