Description
Food supplement that contributes to normal energy metabolism (thanks to magnesium, zinc and vitamin C) and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (thanks to magnesium and vitamin C). Creatine increases physical performance in case of repetitive, high intensity and short duration activities. This beneficial effect is obtained with the daily intake of 3 g of creatine (which are achieved with the intake of 2 sachets per day). Tonogen Plus is a food supplement intended for adults who practice intense physical exercise.
Ingredients
Maltodextrin, creatine monohydrate; acidity regulator: citric acid (E330); carnitine, magnesium salts of citric acid, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), taurine, flavourings; stabiliser: sucrose esters of fatty acids (E473); zinc gluconate; colourings: beta-carotene [E160a(i)], beetroot red (E162); quercetin; sweetener: sucralose (E955); vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide (E551); coenzyme Q10 (ubidecarenone), sodium selenite.
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
Take 2 sachets per day, each dissolved in at least 150 ml of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only. Do not use during pregnancy.
Conservation
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and contact with water. The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored, in an intact package.
Validity with intact packaging: 24 months.
