Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; calcium carbonate, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), ferrous gluconate, zinc gluconate, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, talc; vitamin PP (nicotinamide), vitamin B5 (D-pantothenate, calcium), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin K1 (phylloquinone), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin H (D-biotin), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day, accompanied by water.
