Description
LIME Herbal tea
Description
The lime tree (Tilia platyphyllos Scop.) is generally recognized for its characteristic inflorescences gathered in clusters and for the bract, a kind of small leaf attached to the flower stalk. The aromatic substances that the plant releases during flowering and concentrates in the bracts and flowers are found intact in the herbal tea and give it, in addition to the well-known relaxing properties, a characteristic aroma. The Aboca company selects the lime tree after a careful selection of the areas of origin and based on the content of total flavonoids (minimum 0.5%, calculated as isoquercitrin). The scrupulous control of the entire production process, from the harvest that is carried out during the balsamic period to the packaging in sachets, guarantees a high quality product.
Ingredients
Flowers and floral bracts of lime (Tilia platyphyllos Scop.).
How to use
One filter is enough to prepare a cup of infusion (about 150 ml). Pour the water brought to the boil into a cup containing the filter bag, leave to infuse for 5 to 7 minutes, taking care to keep the container covered to avoid the dispersion of the more volatile substances. To sweeten, we recommend using honey.
Conservation
Validity with intact packaging: 36 months.
Format
Contains 20 sachets of 1.7 g each 34 g.
Each individual filter bag is made with a patented "knotted" closure system without glue or metal staples. To best maintain the organoleptic characteristics and properties of the herbs, each filter is packaged in a "save aroma" bag.
