COMPOSITION
Trehalose: 3 g
Sodium hyaluronate: 0.15 g
Sodium chloride, Trometamol, Hydrochloric acid, Water for injections: per 100 ml

DIRECTIONS
Contains a solution to be administered by instillation into the eye or contact lenses.
Can be used in case of discomfort, burning or irritation of the eyes. These symptoms can be caused by external factors such as wind, smoke, pollution, dust, exposure to the sun or cold, dry heat, air conditioning, air travel, prolonged work in front of the computer screen, etc.
It does not contain preservatives and offers optimal respect for the ocular tissues: for this reason it can also be used by those who wear contact lenses, regardless of the type of lenses. It gives immediate relief, which lasts all day.

PROPERTY
Hypotonic, pH-neutral, aqueous ophthalmic solution, without preservatives. The main ingredients are trehalose, a disaccharide present in many plants, and sodium hyaluronate, a polysaccharide naturally present in the eye.
The chemical-physical characteristics of trehalose give the product protective, antioxidant and hydrating properties. For all these reasons it is an essential element in the anhydrobiosis mechanism observed in some microorganisms (slowed metabolism that allows them to survive extreme dehydration).
Trehalose also has protective and stabilizing properties of cell membranes, preventing protein denaturation and lipid degradation, as well as antioxidant properties.
Sodium hyaluronate is a natural polysaccharide present in the human eye with water-retaining properties.
The remarkable water retention properties provide high hydration and lubrication of the corneal surface. Furthermore, the bioadhesive characteristics allow a high adhesion of the product to the ocular surface, providing long-lasting relief and shortening the healing time of the corneal epithelium.
Thanks to the combination of trehalose and sodium hyaluronate, it protects, hydrates and lubricates the ocular surface for a long time, for rapid comfort.
It does not contain preservatives thanks to the multi-dose ABAK vial.
This new device allows the administration of eye drops through a 0.2 µm filter membrane, which prevents bacterial contamination of the solution. The solution therefore remains protected and can be used for periods of up to 3 months after opening.

SPECIAL WARNINGS AND SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
- Do not use if you are allergic to any of the components.
- Do not touch the surface of the eye with the tip of the vial.
- Do not inject and do not swallow.
- Do not use the product if the protective ring is damaged.
- Keep out of the reach and sight of children.

INTERACTIONS
If applying two different eye products, an interval of at least 10 minutes is recommended.

METHOD AND ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION
EYE INSTILLATION.
- Wash your hands thoroughly before use
- Avoid touching your eyes or eyelids with the tip of the bottle, especially if you think you may have an eye infection.
- Instill one drop into the lower conjunctival sac, gently pulling down the lower eyelid and looking upwards.
- Replace the cap after use.

DOSAGE
1 drop in each eye, 4-6 times a day.
It can also be used while wearing contact lenses.

UNDESIRABLE SIDE EFFECTS (ADVERSE EFFECTS)
Rare possibility of mild eye irritation.

PRODUCT STORAGE
After opening, do not keep the vial for more than 3 months.
Store the product at a temperature below 25°C.
Do not use the product after the expiry date clearly indicated on the package.
The expiry date refers to the product in its intact packaging and stored correctly.
Do not use the vial if it is damaged.
