The whole dried leaves immediately after harvest contain an average of 3% Caffeine together with a presence of Polyphenols (epigallocatechin gallate 6%) characteristic of this plant. The cutting and fragmentation operation is performed shortly before packaging in filter bags.
Ingredients
Pure green tea leaves (Camellia sinensis).
How to use
One filter is enough to prepare one cup of infusion.
Pour the boiling water into a cup containing the filter bag and leave to infuse for 5 to 7 minutes, taking care to keep the container covered so as not to lose the more volatile substances.
To sweeten, we recommend using honey.
