Description
The Clearblue Early Detection Pregnancy Test can be used 6 days before your missed period, which is 5 days before your expected period.
Featuring an ergonomic design, including a long curved stick and a wide, color-changing tip.
Floodguard technology helps reduce the top reported cause of user errors and makes testing easy.
Clear and simple result display: 2 lines if you are pregnant, 1 line if you are not pregnant.
How to use
If you are testing before your expected period, use your first urine of the day; otherwise, you can test at any time of day.
Do not drink large amounts of fluids before taking the test.
Remove the test stick from the foil pouch and remove the blue cap.
Use the test stick immediately.
The tip changes color and immediately turns pink to show that urine is being absorbed.
It is possible:
- test in your urine stream: hold the absorbent end pointing down in your urine stream for 5 seconds starting when it changes color and turns pink. Be careful not to get the rest of the test stick wet. If you want, you can put the cap back on the stick and lay it flat
- collect a urine sample in a clean, dry container: place the absorbent end facing down into the urine for 20 seconds starting when the color-changing tip turns pink. If desired, you can replace the cap on the test stick and lay it flat.
Wait 3 minutes before reading the result.
A line may quickly appear in the control window, but you must wait 3 minutes before reading the result.
Important : During testing, never hold the test stick with the absorbent end facing upwards.
Reading the result: if there is only one blue line in the control window, you are not pregnant.
If you see two lines (either faint or darker), you are pregnant.
