Burger
Aproteic vegetable burgers. Prepared in powder form, suitable for diets that require a reduced protein intake and amino acid control.Ingredients
Corn starch (sulphites); chicory inulin; thickener (E461); rice flour; modified potato starch; flavouring (E621, E627, E631); carrots; bay leaves; garlic; colouring (E150C); thyme; parsley.
How to use
- For 1 sachet of 62 g: pour the contents of one sachet into a container. Add 100 ml of cold water and mix. Leave to rest for a few minutes. Form 2 meatballs, or burgers, with the help of a spoon or with your hands. Heat the oil in a pan and cook the meatballs: 3 minutes on each side. This will make 2 meatballs of 80 g (which correspond to 30 g of powder).
- Variations: follow the same instructions and form meatballs, serve with tomato sauce on protein-free pasta. You can make sausages.
From 3 to 8 years of age: 1 serving of 30 g, 1 or 2 times a week.
From 8 years and up: 1 portion of 30 g, 3 or 4 times a week.
