Description
Supradyn is a food supplement of vitamins and minerals specifically formulated to ensure an adequate daily intake of micronutrients in cases of increased physiological needs or reduced intake with the normal diet.
Component Properties:
- B vitamins, copper, iron, iodine: contribute to normal energy metabolism by promoting the transformation of food into energy.
- Vitamin A, D, C: contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
- Vitamin E, C, selenium, zinc: contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 effervescent tablet for adults and children aged 12 years and over. The tablet should be dissolved in a glass of water (about 200 ml).
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Contains a source of phenylalanine. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
Conservation
Keep container tightly closed. Store below 25°C.
Validity with intact packaging: 36 months.
