Description
Food supplement based on ashwagandha and eleutherococcus, with creatine, L-arginine, beta alanine, L-acetyl carnitine, magnesium, potassium, zinc and vitamin C. The active ingredients contained in the plant extracts of ashwagandha and eleutherococcus have a tonic-adaptogenic action. Ashwagandha has a tonic action (physical and mental fatigue). In addition, vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to use
For a better use of the product, it is suggested to take 1 sachet per day in 200 ml of water away from meals. According to medical advice, 2 sachets per day can be taken.
