Description
Food supplement based on melatonin and plant extracts. Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep* and alleviate the effects of jet lag**. Griffonia and jujube promote relaxation and sleep.
*The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
**The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
