Isomalt, maltodextrin, California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham) herb es tit. 0.35% protopine, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) flowering aerial parts es tit. 3.5% vitexin, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves es tit. 4% rosmarinic acid, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root es tit. 0.8% valerenic acids, bamboo (Bambusa vulgaris Schrad.) sùrculi es; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; flavouring; sweetener: steviol glycosides; verbena es (Aloysia citriodora Palau), lavender es (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.).

It is recommended to take 1 tablet, letting it dissolve slowly in the mouth 1 hour before going to sleep.
