- For nasal hygiene: by instillation or cleaning (washing) in case of a blocked or dry nose.
Tilt your head to the side. Carefully insert the tip of the vial into your nostril and press lightly on the single-dose vial. Repeat for the other nostril. Return your head to an upright position to allow the mucus to drain, then remove the excess. Do not blow your nose violently for 10 minutes after administering the product. In neonates, instill the product using minimal pressure to avoid any risk of contamination of the middle ear.
- For eye hygiene: by instillation, cleansing or bathing.
Squeeze a few drops of the solution into each eye. Wipe off excess fluid with sterile gauze. Do not place the single-dose vial in contact with the surface of the eye. If using another eye product, start with the isotonic vials and then wait 15 minutes before instilling the other product. The solution is suitable for use with contact lenses.
For ear hygiene
Rinse. For proper ear hygiene, after using a surfactant ear solution, use the product to drag out solubilized earwax sediment and rinse the external auditory canal. A single single-dose vial can be used for both ears. Remove excess fluid with gauze.
For cleaning wounds
Rinse the wound using all the solution contained in the single-dose vial. Remove excess liquid only from healthy skin. Do not put the single-dose vial in contact with the wound surface.
For inhalation in aerosol therapy
If the solution is used as a solvent for inhalation in aerosol therapy, refer to the instructions on the product to be inhaled. If the solution is used alone, refer to the instructions displayed on the aerosol therapy device. Ask your doctor for advice if using for the first time or in case of respiratory hypersensitivity.
