Lithothamnium algae [Lithothamnion calcareum (Pallas) Areschoug] thallus powder tit. 30% calcium, horsetail (Equisetum arvense L.) aerial parts es tit. 10% silica, dolomite powder (naturally containing calcium), alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) aerial parts with flowers powder, vegetable carbon powder, vitamin D3 powder (maltodextrin, corn starch, vitamin D3 from lichen, sucrose; antioxidant: ascorbic acid esters with fatty acids).

How to use
2 tablets 2 times a day away from or before meals. It is always necessary to integrate with vitamin D.
Warnings
