Vitamin B6 supplement with griffonia simplicifolia (titrated in 5-hydroxy-tryptophan), valerian, lemon balm and rhodiola.

Grifonia (titrated in 5-Hydroxy-Tryptophan) is useful for promoting relaxation and rhodiola promotes normal mood.
Valerian and lemon balm are useful for promoting sleep.

Griffonia ( Griffonia simplicifolia DC. Baill , maltodextrin) seed dry extract titrated at 95% in 5-Hydroxy-Tryptophan, valerian ( Valeriana officinalis L. , maltodextrin, silica) root dry extract titrated at 0.8% in valerenic acid, lemon balm ( Melissa officinalis L. , maltodextrin, anhydrous colloidal silica) leaf dry extract titrated at 4% in rosmarinic acid, rhodiola ( Rhodiola rosea L. , maltodextrin) root dry extract titrated at 1% in salidroside, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose (silica) and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; sorbitol, calcium phosphate, anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and magnesium oxide; rice starch, coating agents: E464, E460, E570, E171, E132.
How to use
To aid relaxation, we recommend taking 1-2 tablets during the day.
To promote restful sleep: 2 tablets in the evening.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
