Food supplement based on passion flower, valerian, Californian poppy and jujube which are useful for relaxation (sleep). Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep: the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; passion flower (Passiflora incarnata L.) vitexin, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) valerenic acids, Californian poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) protopine, jujube (Ziziphus jujube Miller) triterpenic saponins; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), melatonin.
Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
