Gluten-free bread with tomatoes and olive oil. Specially formulated for people intolerant to gluten.
Ingredients
Corn starch, water, sourdough 13% (rice flour, water), corn flour, rice flour, diced tomatoes 3.5%, vegetable fibre (psyllium); thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; olive oil 2.1%, soy protein, tapioca flour, oregano, glucose syrup, yeast, salt, natural flavouring.
May contain mustard and eggs .
Gluten and lactose free.

For a crispy crust, heat in the oven at 200°C for 4-5 minutes.
