MIX PAN CLASSIC
Description
Organic gluten-free bread mix.
Specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.
Ingredients
Corn starch*, brown rice flour*, gluten-free oat flour* 10%, vegetable fibre (psyllium)*, sourdough (buckwheat, quinoa)* 3%, flaxseed flour* 2%, salt; thickener: guar flour*.
May contain traces of soy .
Gluten free.
Lactose free.
Wheat free.

How to use
LOAF :
INGREDIENTS: 400 mL of warm water, 10 g of dry yeast.
PREPARATION: Place the contents of one packet of Schar BIO bread mix in a bowl, add the dry yeast and mix at low speed for 45 seconds. Gradually add the warm water and continue mixing at medium speed for 5 minutes. Wet your hands with water and shape the dough into a loaf. Place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and leave to rise for 45 minutes at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Pour water into a small heat-resistant container and place it in the lower part of the preheated oven. Sprinkle the loaf with sunflower seed oil before baking. Bake for 60 minutes (in top and bottom heat mode). Once ready, remove the loaf from the oven and leave to cool on a rack.
Warnings
Product not suitable in case of allergy to the avenin protein.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place.
Validity with intact packaging: 12 months.
