Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root es tit. 0.8% valerenic acid on maltodextrin, California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) top es tit. 0.35% protopine on maltodextrin, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose capsule, hop (Humulus lupulus L.) cones es tit. 0.4% rutoside on maltodextrin, lime (Tillia platyphyllos et cordata) inflorescence es 1% flavonoids on maltodextrin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, talc.
Gluten and lactose free. GMO free.

Take 1-2 capsules daily with water, in the late afternoon and before bed, or both half an hour before going to sleep.
