Description
Food supplement based on DHA, vitamins and mineral salts. The intake of DHA by the mother contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyes in the fetus and breast-fed infants. During pregnancy and breast-feeding, the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily dose of Omega-3 fatty acids in adults, equal to 250 mg of DHA and EPA. Iron, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6 contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Folate contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy.

Per tablet : Sunactive-microencapsulated iron pyrophosphate, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), anti-caking agents: vegetable stearic acid, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose (E 468); Pido-Zinc zinc pidolate, hydroxypropylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid; vitamin E (DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate), manganese gluconate, vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), copper gluconate, vitamin B5 (D-calcium pantothenate), colourings: titanium dioxide (E171), beetroot red (E162); Vitamin D (cholecalciferol), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), Folate as Quatrefolic [(6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt], Potassium Iodide, Vitamin H (biotin), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
For soft capsule : BioPureDHA (deodorized refined fish oil containing DHA, mixed tocopherols), gelatin, firming agent: glycerol; colouring: titanium dioxide (E171).
Gluten free. Naturally lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take one tablet and one soft capsule per day to be swallowed with water, preferably just before or during meals.
Warnings

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sources of heat.
