Freeze-dried Royal Jelly characterized in 10-HDA (10-hydroxydecenoic acid) ≥4%	160 mg
Cane sugar*, freeze-dried royal jelly*, rice starch*.

How to use
Take 1 orodispersible sachet in the morning.
The contents can be dissolved directly in the mouth or diluted in water, fruit juice or yogurt, to make it easier for children to take them.
The recommended daily dose corresponds to the intake of 500 mg of fresh Royal Jelly.
