Food supplement based on plant extracts.
The active ingredients contained in the hydroalcoholic extracts of Chamomile and Linden promote relaxation (sleep). Californian Poppy, Lavender and Hops promote relaxation in case of stress. Melissa contributes to mental well-being.

Water, Alcohol, Glycerol, California Poppy ( Eschscholtzia californica tops) ef, Chamomile ( Matricaria chamomilla flowers) ei, Orange ( Citrus aurantium dulcis flowers) ei, Passionflower ( Passiflora incarnata flowering plant) ef, Lemon Balm ( Melissa officinalis leaves) ei, Lime ( Tilia platyphyllos flowers) ei, Lavender ( Lavandula officinalis tops with flowers) ei, Hop ( Humulus lupulus strobilus) ef, Fig ( Ficus carica bud) eg, Birch ( Betula peduncula buds) eg, Manganese gluconate, Cyanocobalamin.

How to use
For best use, we suggest diluting 30 to 50 drops of product (equal to 1.5/2.5ml) in a little water, 2/3 times a day, away from meals.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied diet. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to seek medical advice.
