How to use
Adults: 1-2 sachets per day, preferably on an empty stomach. Children (over 3 years): 1 sachet per day.
Pour the contents of the sachet into a little water (about half a glass), mix and take the preparation immediately afterwards.
For prevention and acute use: the recommended dose should be taken for at least 10 days. For chronic forms (chronic constipation or diarrhea, IBS, etc.): intake should be cyclical: 20 consecutive days every month. The intake of the product is compatible with that of antibiotics, antidiarrheal drugs and intestinal immunostimulants and its presence in the intestine does not interfere with the absorption of drugs and nutrients, such as vitamins and mineral salts.
Warnings
If you are taking a course of antibiotics at the same time, you should take the product at least 3 hours after the antibiotic. Taking supplements is not a substitute for a healthy and varied diet, including adequate fluid intake.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach and sight of children.
