Description
Food supplement of creatine and branched chain amino acids based on carbohydrates (fructose and maltodextrin). Creatine increases physical performance in case of repetitive, high intensity and short duration activities; this effect is obtained with the daily intake of 3 g of creatine. Branched chain amino acids are indicated in the integration of the athlete's diet. The product also contains beta-alanine, hyaluronic acid, theanine, caffeine and vitamin C which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients
Fructose, creatine, maltodextrin, L-leucine, flavor, L-valine. L-isoleucine, beta-alanine, potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, sodium hyaluronate, theanine, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), anhydrous caffeine.

How to use
Dissolve the contents of one sachet (equal to 17 g) in approximately 500 ml of water and shake well.
It is recommended to take one sachet before training.
Recommended daily dose: 1 sachet.

Warnings
Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only. Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding and in children, or in any case for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
