Food supplement based on magnesium. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance and to normal energy metabolism. It also participates in the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological and muscular function.

Magnesium (magnesium oxide); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; anti-caking agents: vegetable stearic acid and vegetable magnesium stearate; colourant: titanium dioxide; coating agent: vegetable glycerin; anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate; coating agent: carnauba wax.

How to use
Swallow 1 tablet per day, with water, preferably with a meal.
