How to use:
macrobiotic sauce: mix well ½ teaspoon of puree and a little finely chopped spring onion.
Add ½ cup water and mix again.
Use to season cooked vegetables and salads.
Characteristics:
umeboshi ryujin already pureed, for quicker use.
