Description
Food supplement based on vitamins and minerals. Thanks to the presence of chaste tree extract, it helps to combat menstrual cycle disorders. Magnesium and vitamins B6, B9, B12 reduce tiredness and fatigue; vitamin B6 also contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Thanks to the presence of these multiple elements, it combats disorders that derive from the menstrual cycle, helping at the same time to reduce tiredness and fatigue. This decreases the intensity of the symptoms of PMS (premenstrual syndrome), helping to improve well-being during this period. Reduction of pain, mastalgia, mastodynia, water retention, mood disorders, headache, pelvic pain, nausea, etc. The quantities of each individual component have been studied in order to optimize their positive influence on the physiology of the menstrual cycle.
Ingredients
Sunflower oil, magnesium oxide, gelatin, borage oil tit. 18% in gamma linolenic acid; firming agent: glycerol; chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus L.) fruit extract tit. 0.5% in chaste tree, cyanocobalamin, ferrous fumarate; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; thickener: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; zinc oxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, manganese gluconate, copper bisglycinate; colourings: E172, E 100, E 141(ii); cholecalciferol, pteroylmonoglutamic acid.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 soft capsules per day (1 in the morning, 1 in the evening) swallowed with water away from meals, starting ten days before the start of the menstrual cycle for a total of fifteen days. In case of persistent disorders, it is possible to take 1 capsule per day for three consecutive months.
