Description
Food supplement based on branched chain amino acids in a 2:1:1 ratio associated with vitamin B6 that helps support regular energy, protein and glycogen metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Indicated to supplement the diet of those who practice endurance sports.
Ingredients
L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine; bulking agent: cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

How to use
Take 5 tablets daily, preferably before training in strength, mass and power sports and in the recovery phase in endurance sports.
