Description
Vitamin D3 supplement, of plant origin, from Icelandic lichen. Easy to dose and pleasant tasting. For adults and children. Vitamin D3 promotes healthy bones and teeth, contributes to the absorption of calcium and phosphorus and its integration is recommended, in particular, for children and teenagers in the growth phase. Vitamin D3 also contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

How to use
For better absorption, it is recommended to take it on a full stomach.
Children 3-10 years: 1 tablet every 5 days (400 IU per day).
Children, pregnant and breastfeeding women: 1 tablet every 4 days (500 IU per day).
Adults: 1 tablet per day (2000 IU).
Warnings
