How to use
Open the main and secondary straps. Place the pad on the base of your palm. Wrap and secure the main strap. Wrap the secondary strap and secure. Adjust until you achieve the desired level of support.
Warnings
Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
Conservation
Close the hook before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
