Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep*.
Hawthorn, Valerian, Passionflower and Griffonia contribute to relaxation.
Griffonia is useful for maintaining normal mood, promoting mental well-being.
Valerian contributes to relaxation and sleep.
*The beneficial effect is obtained with 1 mg of melatonin taken shortly before bedtime.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day with a sip of water. The product does not cause daytime drowsiness, is not addictive and has no side effects.
