Yarrow (Achillea millefolium L.) flowering herb powder, Dioscorea (Dioscorea villosa L.) rhizome dry extract 10% diosgenin, goldenrod (Solidago virgaurea L.) flowering herb dry extract, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flower heads dry extract 0.3% apigenin, marigold (Calendula officinalis L.) flower heads dry extract; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; evening primrose (Oenothera biennis L.) oil.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day to be swallowed with a little water, preferably 5 days before the menstrual cycle and during the first 3-4 days of the cycle.
