Griffonia, on the other hand, is useful for maintaining a normal mood and contributes to relaxation and mental well-being. In particular, Periodar contains 5-hydroxytryptophan, extracted from Griffonia simplicifolia seeds, a natural source of this substance.

How to use
It is recommended to take one sachet per day, preferably in the morning, to be dissolved directly in the mouth.
The product is not intended for children under 3 years.
