How to use
We recommend 1 to 4 nasal applications per day.
Remove the protective cap from the spray; gently place the dispenser into the nostril with your head tilted to one side; apply light pressure to the dispenser, wait a few seconds and dry the excess liquid; leave the solution to act for a few moments before blowing your nose; clean the dispenser thoroughly with warm water after use.
