Description
PastaPro is an innovative whole grain/legume pasta with a high protein content, with over double the protein and fewer carbohydrates than traditional pasta. A plate of PastaPro is a complete and balanced protein meal, very useful in the diet of athletes, vegans and vegetarians, as well as to make up for protein deficiencies. The high protein content helps counteract the loss of muscle mass that increases with age.
Product Properties:
- 30% proteins: isolated pea proteins are added to the wheat, the combination of cereals + legumes offers a product with high biological value with all the main amino acids;
- wholemeal: contains Italian whole durum wheat semolina (from the Marche region);
- high in fibre: 9% fibre including inulin, a soluble fibre useful for aiding intestinal well-being;
- 30% less carbohydrates than traditional pasta;
- VeganOk certified: it is an excellent source of vegetable protein;
- glycemic index: 48.
The high nutritional and functional value of the product is also combined with the good taste of a traditional pasta.
